i loved staying in this modern and unique hotel based in a dutch building. my room was nice modern and air-conditioned and reasonably priced with very comfy twin beds, balcony.

Everything was perfect, outstanding service, excellent location so close to all the canals and restaurants are, tram stop and the centre of Amsterdam in 10 minutes by tram. The room was lovely modern and air-conditioned, had big and included an electric kettle and fridges. The staff were very attentive and attentive up until the day we left. The breakfast was varied with muesli and cheeses, for example.

Spacious rooms offered a comfortable stay with the added perk of a fantastic espresso machine was great, while breakfast showcased freshly baked pastries and a surprising variety of choices. The modern lobby décor brightened the atmosphere.
The bar services fell short , with limited hours and unclear policies regarding drinks, inconvenient for socializing with friends. Ongoing road works affected tram access, pushing the commute to the city center a bit further. Some room amenities were faulty, like the leaking shower fixture and poor temperature regulation, which hindered our overall comfort.
